Siman 20 – Buying and selling a tallis

When buying a tallis with tsitsis from a Jew whom you do not know, you may rely upon him/her using chezkas kashrus of that Jew to assume all’s kasher. (MB1)

You mustn’t sell or deposit (for a long time) a tallis with tsitsis on it to a non-Jew, whether male or female. (ShA2 – MB7)
