- To be allowed to wear your tsitsis into the reshus harabbim on Shabbos, all four corners must be kasher. (ShA1)
- Since you inspect your tsitsis before putting them on, you do not have to inspect them again before entering the reshus harabbim. (ShA2 – MB7)
- Proper conduct would be to inspect the tsitsis that you’ll be wearing on Shabbos when you put them away before Shabbos. (BeH “kodem”)
- If you realized, on Shabbos, that your tsitsis are possul, and you are embarrassed to either take them off or sit around without them on – you can wear the tsitsis without a beracha because of kovod habrios. Just stay away from the reshus harabbim. (Rama3)
